In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" / "mdg187" — refers to the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://mdg187.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to mdg187 and its operators, parent entities, affiliates, and licensors.
• "You" / "Player" / "User" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created on the Platform, associated with a single verified individual.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits, withdrawal-eligible winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits awarded by mdg187 under specific terms, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — refers to the identity and address verification process required by mdg187 before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable request.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the total bet volume a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" — refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of Indonesia and the base transaction currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — refers to any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or Platform policy.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the binding agreement between you and mdg187. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

mdg187 reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform to any person at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

To register and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. mdg187 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under local law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by mdg187 or any recognized responsible gaming body.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity in relation to any Account or wager.

mdg187 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of funds therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification);
• Date of birth;
• Valid Indonesian residential address;
• Active mobile phone number and email address;
• Preferred payment method details (bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. mdg187 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other time at our discretion, mdg187 requires Players to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID / KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address issued within 90 days. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may have withdrawal privileges suspended.

5.1 Deposits. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via payment methods supported by the Platform, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. mdg187 does not accept deposits from third-party sources; all funds must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Most withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes of approval; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, KYC status, and internal review requirements.

5.3 KYC Requirement for Withdrawals. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC verification process described in Clause 4. mdg187 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending the outcome of any verification, security, or anti-fraud review.

5.4 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in IDR. mdg187 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player through their bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. mdg187 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to Rp 10.000 per month to the balance of a dormant Account, provided the Player has been notified by email in advance. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period without further notice.

From time to time, mdg187 offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.1 Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. Each Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method is entitled to claim the welcome bonus only once. mdg187 reserves the right to withhold or reverse the welcome bonus from any Account suspected of duplicate registration or coordinated multi-account activity.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer baccarat, low-margin sports bets) may contribute at a reduced rate toward fulfilling the requirement. Specific contribution rates are set out in the relevant promotion page.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. mdg187 does not extend bonus expiry periods except in extraordinary circumstances at its sole discretion.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. mdg187 monitors all Account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus funds with minimal risk, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, and coordinated play between multiple Accounts. mdg187 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and permanently close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6.5 General. mdg187 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already validly claimed by Players in good standing.

7.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a wager. mdg187 will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the limited circumstances described below.

7.2 Sportsbook. The Platform offers betting markets on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports (MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), among other sports. Markets include standard match result, Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, and mix parlay (accumulator) betting. Specific rules for each market type, including void conditions and settlement procedures, are set out in the Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform.

7.3 Obvious Errors. mdg187 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error (e.g., due to a technical fault, data feed error, or manifest pricing mistake). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account. mdg187 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct obvious errors promptly.

7.4 Casino & Slots. All slot and casino games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is available in the game's information panel. The outcome of each game round is independent of all prior rounds. mdg187 is not responsible for Player decisions made based on perceived patterns in game outcomes.

7.5 Lottery & Togel. The Platform offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and other lottery-format products. Draw results are determined by certified independent processes and are final. Any dispute regarding draw results must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant draw time.

7.6 Maximum Winnings. mdg187 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per game category. These limits are published within the relevant game or market rules. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout will be capped at that limit, with the excess forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or bet outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any such gains must be reported to mdg187 immediately and will be reversed;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other location-masking tools;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing mdg187 staff, support agents, or other Players;
• Facilitating or enabling any of the above activities by a third party.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall layout and design — is the property of mdg187 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from mdg187;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data-gathering tools on the Platform;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice on the Platform.

All game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is governed by each studio's applicable licensing terms.

mdg187's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

However, access may be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. mdg187 will not be liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability.

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mdg187 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, mdg187's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Third-Party Content. The Platform may include games and content supplied by third-party studios and providers. mdg187 is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions in third-party content, except to the extent that such issues arise directly from our integration of that content.

12.5 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds wagered on the Platform. mdg187 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by Players. You are solely responsible for all decisions you make in connection with your Account and wagering activity.

mdg187 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without specific notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of an amended version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

14.1 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute relating to your Account, a wager, a withdrawal, or any other matter governed by these Terms, you should first contact our support team at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours (WIB) and to resolve the majority of disputes within 5 business days.

14.2 Escalation. If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under the jurisdiction of mdg187's international gaming license. 14.3 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mdg187 holds its international gaming license. The parties irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled through the internal or regulatory processes described above.

14.4 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated or summarized version, the English version shall prevail.
